HoldenFAQ
Questions, answered.
Holden is a small paid journal. These are the facts people ask before they buy.
What is Holden?
Holden is a paid iOS journal for dollar-cost averaging by quantity. You log how much bitcoin, gold, stocks, or a custom item you collected — not what it cost.
Does Holden show live prices?
No. There are no quotes, no cost basis, and no profit or loss. Market prices stay outside the app.
Do I need an account?
No. Holden does not create an account or sign you in.
Where is my data stored?
Holdings, lots, and settings stay on your device in Apple’s SwiftData store. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
What assets can I track?
One hundred crypto presets, one hundred US stocks, gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and any custom name and unit you add.
What is the puzzle well?
Each collection adds a piece to a board. A finished puzzle is a stage you have held through. Then the well starts again at the next scale.
How much does Holden cost?
Holden is a one-time App Store purchase. The US price is USD $2.00; local prices vary by storefront.
Which languages are supported?
English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Arabic.
